ETS understands how important it is for you and your staff to be able to log and track support tickets easily.  To make the process run smoothly for you, ETS uses an online ticketing system.  This allows you to generate support requests via an online portal.  You are able to login to the online ticket portal by using the icon on the right hand side of the page.

Even if you want to call one of our team with an issue, you will still be able to track the ticket online and will receive an email the moment your request is complete.  This allows you to keep track of the status of your issue quickly and easily.

The online portal also offers the ability to reference tickets against invoices.  This means that there is never any confusion for your Accounts department.
